EP106 AB is a two part potting and encapsulating compound. DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1)
Complete cleaning of the substrates should be performed to remove contamination such as oxide layers, dust, moisture, salt and oils which can cause poor adhesion or corrosion in a bonded part.
2) Accurately weigh resin and hardener into a clean container in the recommended ratio. Weighing apparatus having an accuracy in proportion to the amounts being weighed should be used.
3) Don't touch your skin an d eyes, if touch skin, washing with soap water; if touch eyes, washing with water, then get to hospital immediately.
4) Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use. Do not return product to the original container.
STORAGE
Store in original, tightly covered containers in clean, dry areas. Storage information may be indicated on the product container labeling.

YT HI-TEMP RTV SILICONE INSTANT GASKET is based on repairing norm for China auto company to develop neutral silicone sealant.The gaskets are enable to resist high Pressure, cracking, shrinking and migrating caused by thermal cycling. Temperature range from -85°F to 580°F (-65°C to 300°C) intermittent, ideal for water pumps and thermostat housing. Valve covers, oil pans, exhaust manifolds, intake manifolds, timing covers, excellent heat control and torque retention.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Clean and dry surfaces, erase completely all dirt & grease with a residue free solvent.
2. Take away the cap, puncture the inner seal, and screw on the nozzle cut at the desired bead sise.
3. Apply the beads eve nly around the perimeter or one surface.
4. Normally material skin in 15 minutes, assemble parts once silicone skins over.
5. Sealant is fully cured in 24 hours. Use the knife to remove excess silicone.
6. Clean the nozzle and put back the cap tightly after use. If the sealant cures in the nozzle,
remove the cured plug with a pin or paper clip.
NOTE:
1. Flexible and stable at all temperatures from -85°F to 580°F (-65°C to 300°C).
2. Not recommended for continuous immersion in gasoline.
3. Do not use instant gasket only when replacing cylinder head gaskets with predetermined
Tolerances.
CAUTION:
